OUR WORK... |
| |
| Advanced Leadership Training |
Pastors, teachers and instructors are chosen to conduct training seminars with national pastors and leaders of other countries. Advance materials are translated and provided for the in-country leaders. Generally these seminars are held in regional churches and sponsored by a pastor in that region. White Fields underwrites the majority of expenses for the seminars. |

Medical Team Ministry |
Doctors, nurses, dentists and helpers are assembled to provide medical care for the very poor. Clinics are conducted in rural areas outside of major cities. Medicines and consultations are provided for free. Each person passing through the clinic also receives a one-on-one presentation of the message of salvation. Thus far, nine churches have been built from the many saved in medical clinics. |

Mission Ministry Development |
To some extent, churches need someone to assist them with their missions strategies as well as in the training of their mission personnel. White Fields works to develop local church missions ministry as well as to develop the awareness level of missions within the church. Our goal is to partner with the pastor and church in assisting them with seeing their mission's vision accomplished. |
| |
| Church Construction |
Churches are built in areas where the greatest need exists. They are funded by individuals and churches who have the vision to raise up churches. Construction teams are also taken from the states to build these churches. |
