This past year has been a year of bringing many things about that previously did not exist. From new buildings, to new ministries, to new ideas. The vision we began with has significantly grown and the vision we are carrying forth seems to be enlarging daily. Each time we venture out to meet needs, we are discovering new areas of need. All though it has caused us to go through some pretty intense stretching, we are very confident this has always been Gods plan for us. As we grow, so does the vision. |

Move and Spring Forth... |
|
| Along with new areas that are springing forth we rejoice in the development of the original vision. In 2006, we moved our base of operations to Honduras, where we purchased a house surrounded by a beautiful four acres tract. Thankfully we now have a dormitory, three cabanas and two floors of the training center completed! By the end of 2008 we will have the training center (two and one-half floors) and two more cabanas completed. The cabanas are used to house visiting leaders, missionaries and families who will be staying to assist us in the work. |

| Responsibilities... |
|
| This last year my responsibilities have been centered in overseeing all of the building projects. I have also assisted in the direction of five medical team trips, conducted leadership training seminars, preached in crusades and I continue to consult with as well as mentor pastors all throughout Central and South America. My responsibilities will stay close to the same in 2008. I will also be finishing my first book on leadership. |

VILLAGE MINISTRY... |
|
Adopting A Village |
This year has adopted a village in a very rural area near the mountains where she is endeavoring to make a difference in the quality of life, as well as their spiritual well-being. So far it has involved moving them from one piece of land to another one; getting them lumber for their new houses; getting their first ever out-house built; feeding and clothing them, and much more. She is now working on getting them going in their own businesses as well as teaching them various trades.

The Community |
In the community where we live Vicky has gotten involved in their school system by teaching English classes twice a week. From that endeavor a neighborhood Bible School was born where she has as many as 60 kids a week. One other benefit of this is many of the parents are coming as well and hearing the same life changing stories their kids are hearing.
Ten miles away from our community, in the town of La Ceiba, Vicky also works with a home for the elderly and a couple of orphanages. She has weekly services with them as well as taking them clothes and leading them in activities. |
